  i went to arbys the other day, and the manager working there gave me great customer service. His name was ethan if i can remember, i can always tell when im seeing a hard working man that's serious about his job. keep up the great work and get this man a raise.

  Ordered via doordash, over half our items were missing/incorrect, and the rest of it was ice cold! Beyond infuriating, train your employees better!!!

  Not for establishment service and food was good and people at this location are nice more about the app. ⚠️!!!!! Warning the Arby's app is contracted with a company called cash back now for rebates on purchases. the app will automatically sign you up and cash back now will start changing you. There is now way to contact cash back now to stop the charges and Arby's customer service has no ability to help forcing us to cancel our debt card.

  Management insanely incompetent. They make stuff up as they go. Have a coupon, they don’t accept them there. Quick to speak and make stuff up. Managers must come from toys r us.
