Saints & Scholars is a locally owned Irish pub celebrating the monks of Ireland, the saints and scholars who shaped the country’s history and may have even created whiskey. Our décor is sourced directly from Ireland, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. We put our own spin on Irish favorites, using local produce and grass-fed meats whenever possible. With more than 100 Irish whiskeys, over 80 unique gins, and 16 draft beers, there is always something new to explore.
