  My low review of this particular safeway isn't indicative of the store as a whole. To me, it's a typical Safeway. Nothing great or terrible bout the shopping experience. Why this particular store is awful, is the terrible sound that emanates thru the air, EVERYTIME someone walks in an out of there. You'd think the manager or some top official would solve this horrible problem. For most individuals, its just a stupid nuisance we must adjust too. For some unfortunate souls, they suffer from a condition known as misophonia. Look it up, it's terrible for them. An the person's affected are residents of the apts complex next to it. It's ridiculous. It's like people who can't stand fingernails scrapping against a chalkboard, horrifying. So please, if any Safeway manager is reading this, please help the poor individuals suffering this terrible neurological affliction, an have them find relief. Thank I want to say Thank You so very much to the manager/owner of the Safeway on 13th St. As my previous review stated, it was awful for individuals suffering from the terrible affliction known as Misophonia. The door was the cause of that terrible sound. And, as promised, the owner stated he would look into it, an have maintenance take care of it, an true to his or her word, they did. The individual I know is so relieved that sound is gone. That is the wonderful part of living in a smallish community. Even big corporate grocery stores like Safeway, still care enough for the community they serve, that they do what's right for the people who live in the community. I will always be grateful to the manager/owner for keeping their word, an hopefully this review will let new an loyal customers know, they have a real caring community driven Safeway on 13th St., in Snohomish Washington. We sincerely Thank You from our hearts ❣️❣️

  Smaller than most Safeway's I'm used to, but still had everything needed. Nice, clean store

  Beware, the cashiers cheat in this Safeway! They constantly overcharge for items, which are clearly on sale. I had several bad experiences with certain cashiers in the past two years for not giving me the member's price, although I am a member. Today, again, they tried to overcharge me with more than $15 on produce, what was clearly on sale. The huge sign said, Friday only, member price on strawberry, blueberry or raspberry, TWO FOR $5.00. Got one pack of raspberry and one pack of blueberry, the two packs should have been $5.00. The female cashier tried to charge me $12.99 for the pack of blueberries and $9.99 on the raspberry, a total of $22.98 instead of the $5.00. When I told the female cashier about the "mistake", she started rolling her eyes and was very rude. As prices are insane already and I am being a senior citizen with limited income, it is shame on them, that most of the time I have to argue with them just to give me the correct price. Again, beware, that next time you are not going to be overcharged, neither.
