    We went in to get 2 sandwiches and was told it would be 10-15 minute wait to take our order while they (3 employees) "catch up on catering orders". Mind you, we don't expect fast food and waiting a few minutes however, good business/customer service would be to have 1 employee pause for 2-3 minutes to assist those that select your place of business for lunch... we left and will go to a different Jimmy John's next town over.
