Very Rude and possibly the worst, and unprofessional in customer service that I have ever experienced in Washington State. When they saw certain customers walk through the entrance, the front staff in charge he saw me and he ran away while kept turning his head back looking at me, him knowing that the customer was waiting. Another staff behind the other counter was listening to music on her device, her music must be loud, because she couldn’t hear customer calling for assistance, unless the customer had to call her repeatedly in a distance. The night manager and front check out staff are rude, lazy and racist. They lack of training and curtsey in helping customers who are not white. I stood in front of the guest service for a while, even when all the staffs in the store front saw me, and they weren’t helping any customers at all during that time. But all four of them continued to ignored their stations that they have left empty, while customers were all over the store. They even saw me waited for awhile, but all front store staffs continued to stand in a circle gossiping among themselves, and they even abandoned their work station and registers, instead of greeting, asking and helping out customers who’s been waiting right in front of them at the station. Then I had to walk to another staff behind another station on the other side of the store (who is still listening to her own music) to help to call her own store staffs in the front to do a return. A cashier saw her coming to ask him to do his job, but he quickly walked away. Then the same guy that saw me and had ran away earlier when I fist entered the store, he continued to stand in their gossip group right by the guest service in the front, along with all the other self check out staffs, then later a staff she who yelled at me saying the guest service is closed at 8 PM. But when I had entered the store someone was just there at the station. And the night before, when we were there, they had a staff that was working in guest service past 9 PM. Things would have been different, if they haven’t left customers waiting there until it’s after 8 PM. Then the night shift front store manager continued in their own stuck up gossip circle, suddenly decide to yell at me across the store saying what do I need, after I had already turned around and leaving the store. After I left the store I told the others about what happened, and we all decided never again to shop at that store location. This Hagen store location in Woodinville had way too many real bad ratings online from many different customers who were disappointed in their staff’s customer service and bad management. For better grocery shopping experience, go to Fred Meyer at the Lynnwood location.
