  Went to Jimmy John’s with my kids and asked what the Frenchie was. I was told it wasn’t a sandwich, which is simply wrong. Then I ordered and asked for the sandwich to be cut into thirds. The employee asked if that meant three pieces. While waiting, I was asked “is fourths okay?”—which makes no sense given the original request. I said no. I was then told “you told me after, so I couldn’t put it on the ticket,” which is essentially blaming me instead of taking accountability for something so basic. There was no rush, and staff were standing right next to each other, so this could have been handled correctly. Basic questions answered incorrectly, a simple request not followed, and then the issue was turned back on the customer instead of being owned.   Just came here for lunch before heading into work. My husband and I saw that they had at least five cars at their drive-through line so we decided to go inside in hopes that we would get our food a little bit sooner. To our regrets, we didn’t get our food until seven cars later, even though we were one of 2 that ordered when that was inside. Atmosphere was really lame and you can tell the people were just annoyed to be there. The food is the only reason why they get one extra star. The food is always amazing, but the service sucks.

  Dear Jimmy J. Do better please I can say now I used to like your food. But you lost me on the Canned Shredded Chicken. It's not not whats pictured in your menu and it tastes like it came out of a can. Sure its Freaky Fast.. (you got that) But slow down and get the Quality right. Nobody wants a Thrown together sandwich with the wrong ingredients.

  Love Jimmy John's. The one in Silverdale is always fast and doesn't skimp on toppings. It can get expensive fast, but so can every fast food these days. There are plenty of affordable options on the menu and their new toasted sandwiches are delicious! Rewards program is worth it if you go a lot.
