  I've noticed the quality at this Jimmy John's has really gone downhill. On my last visit, there were six employees working behind the counter, yet they still forgot one of the most basic instructions—cutting my sandwich. It's a small detail, but when there are plenty of staff on hand, simple requests like that shouldn't be overlooked. The service felt disorganized, and the attention to detail just wasn't there. To make matters worse, one of the employees appeared to be sick and was repeatedly sneezing into his elbow. Thankfully, I didn't see him sneeze on any food, but it's still not something customers want to witness in a restaurant. If an employee is visibly ill, it's reasonable to expect management to prioritize food safety and either reassign them away from food preparation or send them home. Jimmy John's used to be known for being fast, accurate, and consistent. Hopefully management can get things back on track, because right now the experience doesn't match the standard I'd expect.

  The sandwiches taste great, but I don’t think I can return to this location after witnessing a worker handling the breads with the same gloves that they were pressing on the floor with. I’ll reserve my cravings for a Jimmy John’s for another location during road trips. A manager of whatever level states that the team has been coached on glove usage and handwashing requirements.
