They haven't started the order just people standing around, one just just smile and stood there waiting for someone to tell him what to do and the other employees talking about the problems while guest piled up at the register. You have 5 people working to make one hamburger fries and shakes, I just don't understand why it takes 25 minutes to make an order 🤣 Poor work ethic, I had to drop the order because I have two other orders that need to be delivered on time, wasting my time and money. I understand things get busy but if you have time to talk and stand around you are not working properly. This cost the company and myself money because of these ridiculous delays.

They have an online order system. Those orders seem to be prepared as received. So you may be waiting for those orders to be prepped before you too. But free peanuts can help pass the time and calm the hangry hunger pains

I should have checked my order before I walked out because I was short a French fry. This was only my 2nd time going to 5 guys. The first time the food was awesome, but this time not so much. The fries were soggy with grease. The burger was ok, but not nearly as good as the one I had before. You can do better Silverdale.🫤

I ordered a lettuce-wrapped burger, all the way, no mayo, add raw onion, pickles with extra pickles, don't forget the pickles. What I got: everything mentioned above, but with mayo. This is the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced, is the fact that I've not only had my order messed up multiple times, but in multiple states...three in fact: Illinois was the first to mess up real bad, multiple times at the same location, Oregon messed up my food, and now Washington. I have had enough of having my meal and appetite ruined for the lack of reading my order, which isn't hard to do, it's simply reading the fact that I ordered no mayo. I've decided to put Five Guys on my black-list along with Red Robin for messing up my food multiple times in the same states your company has messed up my food. Thank you for a lot of agony. Sincerely, frustrated and pissed off.
