Exit routes must be "always free of obstructions", and there must be two (2) available during working hours.

It is unacceptable for your employees to be following young women into the parking lot and cornering them while they're loading their groceries. It's unfortunate this is the closest grocery store to my house because I will not be coming in again if I'm going to get harassed and followed by an EMPLOYEE.

The manager handled my case, offered to refund me only the price as if the coupon has worked, even if I return everything. So I got charged 19 dollars, and can only get 15 dollars back after returning everything, 2 minutes later! He spent the next 10 minutes arguing with me he did not know whether it’s a problem on my end or on the machine’s end. I don’t know what problem I, as a customer who simply scanned at self checkout, can make. And how, can this explain I got charged 19 but can only get 15 back minutes apart, under their eyes. Eventually he did make it right, only after he repeatedly accused me of “freaking out” and he was just making it to me that he does not know whether it’s a problem on my end or the machine’s end. He actually answered himself immediately after I left the counter—he yelled to someone: “Hey, xxx, the machine is broken!”
