  My family and I stopped by yesterday for cheeseburgers and fries, and we were very pleased. NICE AND FRESH, both burgers and fries, the food was perfect.

  If I pay extra for something I assume I will be recieving that service, I was going to get my kids and I some ice cream, was having a great day until I rolled up to the second window and i seen the lady with the attitude working who has given me issues twice before about me asking for a cup holder and giving me terrible attitude for no reason. Tonight I had ordered a cone in a cup , a Oreo McFlurry and a Oreo McFlurry with hot fudge on top only . She again tried to hand everything to me separately but I say I will need a cup holder please. So after already waiting 10 minutes for the ice creams tht she hadn’t even started until I got up to the second window and after talking with her coworker for five minutes. I finally get the ice creams on the cup holder and she tells me have a good night in a very sarcastic rude tone. I look to check if the one McFlurry has fudge and it didn’t by this point she had already walked off, so I wait there until she comes back a few minutes later with customers yelling at me from behind , and I ask her can I get the hot fudge I ordered on top please and she takes it mixes it up for a minute then hands it back to me still no hot fudge so then I explain to her can I please get the hot fudge on top only please tha I paid extra for and then she puts a small squirt on it and I’ve already been sitting there for 20 minutes almost so I left and only once I got home did I realize she basically gave me none. I don’t understand why she is so rude to me Ive literally done nothing to this lady Ive worked in customer service over ten years I make $100 in tips every shift I work and I can assure you the way she acts she will never work anywhere better than McDonald’s with her shotty attitude. Please teach your employees customer service asap.
