  What a bad McDonald’s experience for my kid. Second bad experience in a week. They gave a happy meal without the box but in a bag. This was told to us after the order. When I complained they said we don’t do happy meal boxes here. Which is ridiculous. They forgot the kids french fry in that bag. Trying to find a staff to fix the problem was harder as there was almost no one available. Only reason I’m visiting McDonald’s is my son. I will try my best to avoid them in the future.

  Ordered delivery, and after 40 minutes, the order was cancelled. The text message prompted me to contact McDonald's for further information. When I called, someone picked up and I overheard someone tell the person to "hang up". I was promptly hung up on and could not get in touch with anyone in regards to my order. I don't even know if I'll be charged for the order they cancelled.

  Don't go at night, you'll be idling your car for like twenty minutes for cold food.

  Honestly just a bad experience all around. I brought my two girls to play on the toys and eat. We came in and there was food everywhere, each table was dirty and no worker in site to help get it cleaned. There was left over food and bags from previous customers and a sauce pack spilled down the slide that I cleaned up. Fast forward, it’s been 20 minutes since placing our food order and I go up to the front desk to ask for an update, nobody addressed me. Workers just stared at me from the back as if I’m supposed to go away. When the food was finally brought out it was wrong but I couldn’t even address that because all of the workers were hiding in the back. My girls ended up even wanting the food because it was cold and stale. Needless to say this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

  Perhaps train the tall white kid at the drive-thru on customer service skills. Instead of yelling “we don't have apple slices!” when customers ask about missing items, he should say, “Sorry, we're out of apple slices. Would you like a substitution?” A manager could guide this young person to develop an essential life skill: basic courtesy.
