He did not seem to take his job seriously at all and spent most of the time chatting with other employees instead of handling the situation. I was there for a pickup order. At first, I was told the order could be remade, then later I was told someone else had taken it. During all of this, there seemed to be very little urgency—mostly just standing around and chatting. I’m not asking for anyone’s name this time, but if I experience this kind of service again, I will report it directly to Chipotle corporate. Please take your job and customers’ time more seriously.
