  Very disappointing service. I’m not sure who the person was, but he seemed to be the manager or person in charge. He did not seem to take his job seriously at all and spent most of the time chatting with other employees instead of handling the situation. I was there for a pickup order. At first, I was told the order could be remade, then later I was told someone else had taken it. During all of this, there seemed to be very little urgency—mostly just standing around and chatting. I’m not asking for anyone’s name this time, but if I experience this kind of service again, I will report it directly to Chipotle corporate. Please take your job and customers’ time more seriously.

  I’ve gotten chipotle from this location several times, but the rudeness of the staff is notable. Not all the time, but my most recent visit the way they rush you through the line, and barely even had any type of courtesy is very rude.

  I like this place. The workers are always nice and the food is ways keep at a good quality. A problem that I have with most Chipotle's is the salad is starting to get that orange color to it (which is bacteria and means that the workers have to dispose of it) but I have never had that issue with this place. The reason it doesn't get 5 starts is because it is kind of out of the way to get to and is kind of a pain to get back knto the main road from, so location is not the best.

  I really do not understand why the service here is HORRIBLE. When you order a bowl of rice you get 1 spoon and rice and have to ask for a second scoop just for them to start being rude. Then half a spoon of the chicken. I will pay for it, it’s not free food, why can’t they just serve a normal/ decent portion? I don’t get beans or other vegetables, so why can’t I have 2 scoops of rice?? If it wasn’t for the line behind me then I would have taken my time to request that I get proper portions. I was coming here because it’s right outside my apartment complex.

  2:30pm and location is still locked and not serving customers. Absolutely wild... Bet money every employee including management is hung over and too busy playing catch up 4 hours after opening.
