But this location is especially disappointing. The meat is consistently overcooked or burnt, the rice is often undercooked, and every visit feels rushed from the moment you get in line. On top of that, presentation matters more than people think. When your burrito bowl looks thrown together with zero care, it genuinely makes the food less enjoyable. What happened to food being prepared with some level of pride and attention to detail? It feels like the staff is just trying to get customers through the line as fast as possible rather than actually making a quality meal. Judging by many of the other reviews here, I’m clearly not the only person who feels this way.

Also the case of the year was thin and not filled with much meat. And the guac was so-so. Really disappointed about my meal. My previous experience was just fine.
