We stopped on our way through Shelton and I asked if they offered a decaf iced coffee. Rachel said they did not have it on the menu, but she would make one for us. She did and it was excellent! Great job taking care of your customer Rachel!
This place is often understaffed. On two occasions in the last Month I have been stuck in the drive-through waiting for over half an hour one time and 45 minutes the other. This seems to happen on a regular basis. I suggested to them that they put a sign out to let customers know that they are understaffed and wait times will be longer than usual but apparently that fell on deaf ears.

We sat in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of us(1 was ordering but sat waiting for the employee to take their order). It was about 10:50 pm when we arrived in line. Then at about 10:58pm they sent 3 of us that had been waiting home stating by the time they would take our order it would be 11pm and they're closed. Bad customer service.
A one star only because at least you were open, or at least I thought so. In line at drive through for 13 minutes and the line didn't move. I have never seen such slow service. Been like this for years, get it together. Getting exactly what order is a challenge as well, I as two cars behind me left before order, great business model (NOT)
I was out and about by 5:00 a.m. this morning for a change and I thought - "I sure would like a McDonald's sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin!" Usually it's just past the breakfast cut-off when I'm passing by, and I'm always too late to get a breakfast sandwich. But not this morning. On this day, at 5:25 a. m. I was passing by and decided to go through the drive through to get breakfast.
Imagine my surprise when I realized... no one was going to take my order. No one was coming to help me, no one was there to save me. I waited at the speaker for several minutes... alone, disappointed, sad and slowly starving to death. I checked their website and Google listing several times, wondering if I had left home before waking up enough to read. But no, it wasn't my error. The drive-thru is indeed supposed to open at 5.
So, thank you McDonald's. You showed me there really is no benefit to starting my day early. Good news everyone, starting your day early is NOT a habit of highly effective people. Or at least, it isn't in this town, at this McDonald's. If I can't even get breakfast at a place that claims to be open at this ungodly hour, I guess there's no reason to be up this early after all. I didn't take this screenshot of their posted hours until I was back home, where I promptly collapsed on my bed because I was famished.
