I’ve reviewed Koto Teriyaki before, but I just had to share again because the staff and food continue to be exceptional. Today, Jimmy went above and beyond—he recommended the Philly roll, which was absolutely delicious, and he made sure I got just the right side of vegetables. My husband always orders the spicy chicken teriyaki, and it’s consistently amazing. The care and warmth from the team, along with the delicious food, makes every visit special. We truly love this place!

Tried the 5 pc salmon sashimi. As soon as the girl set it on the table I knew it was Garbage ! Looked like Baloney tasted like baloney. Yet 18$ for worse sashimi than I've seen at a low end Chinese buffet. Get Real. Hope you make a good profit because if you paid anything for that salmon you are being ripped off !

We are dying out people, but having tried multiple Teriyaki places in Sequim this one is the clear winner for us. The yakisoba has a little bit of a garlic taste which we enjoy, and their meal portions are ample. Not the friendliest folks, but if I get good add a reasonable price these days, they don't necessarily need to be.

Honestly, I have a hard time giving out one star, but when it boils down to it, I payed over $40 dollars, for two meals, and ended up throwing out about 60% of it due to taste/quality. The dishes ordered were sesame chicken/teriyaki chicken and 1 egg roll. The egg roll in particular might hold the record for the grossest(?? idk even how to spell this because I never say it) $4 I have ever spent. It not only was very soggy, but tasted so extremely off that it was an instant spit out from both me and my wife. While we did get through enough of our chicken and rice to just not feel hungry anymore, it was pretty bad, frozen food from the grocery store would have been better. And the staff was cool, so I doubt it's their fault. Edit: The response from owner here is very nice, so I really wish the best, and firmly believe my meals quality has to do with sourcing and/or storage, which very may well change and improve by the time you read this review.

Probably wouldn’t eat here again, I’ve given it a lot of tries because I use to love koto with previous owners in the past but the food is often bland and not even close to what the dishes should be. The chicken Yakisoba for instance is nothing like it should be, the wrong vegetables in it as well as sauces. It’s more like a spin off of traditional style yakisoba and the veggies themselves are just a soggy unappealing mess. I’ve also gotten the friend rice many times and it’s always bland as if it’s just white rice and vegetables. The only good thing I have to say about koto is the staff is always nice but the food just isn’t worth it if you’re looking for Asian food.
