  Ordering pick up through DoorDash, waited 20 minutes until it said my order was ready. Once I arrived, no one looked at me or said anything to me while I waited at the counter for five minutes. Told the guy I ordered ahead of time and he said ok, it’s gonna be out in a second. 30minutes go by and I’m still waiting for my food. My ice cream bar sitting on the counter next to the heat lamps for 15minutes until I ask about my order. They put the ice cream bar in a bag as if they were getting my food ready . NOPE, continued to serve the whole line of the drive through and some people inside. after another 15 minutes standing, I ask again about my order, the “manager” with the pink hair wanted to act as if I’m the problem cause I’m upset that I’ve been waiting for my food that should be ready for over 30 minutes now. She tells me she can give me a refund since I want to be rude about not getting my order. I mean shoot, anyone would be upset waiting almost 45 minutes for some chicken. I told her no, I want my food and to talk to someone above her and she said “I’m the manager on shift”. I asked for the owner twice and she told me “you can talk to her but I doubt she’s gonna want to hear about it”. Still no food… I’m telling her that I have been waiting for so long and watched everyone keep getting served while my order sits and keeps building up time on the screen. She tries to argue with me about a order that’s not mine and tries to tell me that the screen says 13minutes, not knowing it’s not even my order she’s talking about. She didn’t care how long I’ve been waiting, she didn’t care that her crew was just serving drive through while they have other orders, or stealing the food from my order to serve drive thru, then the kitchen had to remake the chicken again for my order. She was more worried about not being 21 and not being able to attend the Mike sherm concert, instead of actually doing her job or helping the customers waiting. I will never go to this place again after this, bunch of teenagers that don’t know how to do the job they get paid for. Also after asking for the owner twice, they never got her from the back office. I sure was offered a refund multiple times because they didn’t want to take accountability. Do better and train your employees instead of throwing them in there expecting them to keep your business running.

  They have been out of chocolate ice cream for over a month. They didnt have 4 or 5 different kinds of blizzards. They didnt have any hot fudge available, I'm not sure how they are even still in business. The blizzards we got were partially melted. And the kid at the window sounded annoyed and quick to get rid of me. I felt rushed.

  It's absolutely ridiculous how businesses could care less about losing customers. We spend $60 and they want to charge for an additional ranch. I'm sorry, but a 6-piece chicken strip should come with at least 2 ranch. That's not customer satisfaction, but pure greed.

  I've been waiting for a full year to give the owner some grace. This restaurant is an embarrassment. It needs new owners and someone with the motivation, time and talent to clean it up and turn it into a world-class Dairy Queen.

  I do not recommend this DQ. There was a woman not wearing a uniform or name tag who was trying to micro-manage the front counter and drive thru window at the same time. It was very clear that she was making the whole process worse, very unprofessional. I felt bad for some of the friendly young people working here, I’m sure that’s really hard to deal with
