  I had an EXCELLENT lunch this afternoon, thanks to the kind and considerate service of a young man who appeared to be one of the proprietors. He was very knowledgable and highlighted options on their Specials board that I had not seen as I entered. I had the vegetarian thali and a mango lassi, and I can’t wait to try more selections. THANK YOU for a fantastic experience, TC!

  We had such a great experience here! The food is absolutely delicious and there’s really an item for just about anything you could want. Our server had great recommendations that steered us in just the right direction and he was so kind. My roommates and I have been so badly wanting for a great Indian restaurant to be available in our neighborhood and we couldn’t be more pleased with this place. Definitely coming back again and again.

  Glad I gave this place a try, came to grab a bite for my overnight shift and left with so much delicious food that lasted two nights. I got the lamb biriyani , naan and a side of the butter chicken sauce, and samosas! The mom is the best, she listens to you and treats you like one of her own children. Her newly wedded son is funny, makes great drinks and gives good advice about henna lol. Never met the chef in the back but his food has kept me coming back multiple times, I’ve recommended the place to friends who have become regulars too. I will definitely be back!

  Excellent service, quick responsive and informative to questions asked. Food was absolutely incredible, the Tandoori shrimped were perfectly cooked and spiced extremely well with beautiful presentation. The Chicken Korma was incredibly tender with a wonderfully high volume of chicken in the most delicious curry I’ve ever had. Wonderful depth of flavor with the spices blending to create a singular flavor while also being strong, fresh, and well prepared enough you were able to find any singular element subtly cutting through. The Basmati rice was cooked extremely well fluffy, aromatic, and hot, not a single rice grain that felt like it had cooled too much or been overcooked. Absolute 10/10 go eat here you’ll have a great time.

  An amazing addition to the Central District! Conveniently located on Jackson street with plenty of street parking nearby. Great food with an expansive menu, lots of delicious appetizers, a small bar, and the most down to earth and hospitable staff. Family owned and operated, you really feel like they’re cooking for you from the family kitchen and pouring their love, heart, and soul into the food they’re making for you. A must try and a place that left a lasting and memorable impression. Definitely recommend! PS: great for vegetarians as well, lots of options here. The expansive menu again has delicious dishes that can very well accommodate lactose free and gluten free folks as well.
