  Staff was rude, especially red haired woman working the front. I understand businesses sometimes need to close restrooms, but I was a paying customer experiencing a medical emergency and was treated very dismissively when I asked for the restroom code. There was no signage indicating the bathrooms were out of order, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and humiliating. I ultimately had to leave and urgently find another restroom elsewhere.

  This location is particularly good for an unexpected reason for the area and the people who might frequent just the parking lot and lobby. They are uniquely very well adapted and helpful kind and really belong to the area. They have been around since I was a kid and I really appreciate there customer service.

  I have never written a review for anything in my life before, but over the course of over a year I have ordered delivery from this place over a dozen times and every single time it takes almost two hours before an order of as few as three items is completed. I understand being busy, but let's be real, Taco Bell menu items are genuinely the same six or seven ingredients arranged in slightly different ways. It does not take two hours to make four burritos. Avoid wasting your time with this particular location. I will say though that they at least get your order right more than half the time, though very often items will be missing.

  After ordering through the drive thru I parked and ate where my stomach immediately disagreed with the food. I had to use the bathroom in an emergency and Of coarse the staff refused to allow me to use the restroom. Someone was in one and the other one I was told was for “Staff only” Being a public restroom at a Public Dining Fast food Resteaunt !!Why have 2 restrooms and deny the public one of them. Having only one available for the capacity and lunch or dinner hour has to be some kind of violation. . You cannot serve hundreds of people in a hour and deny them the sink to wash there hands before they eat. I asked to see the manager and was told that I needed to leave while I’m writing this review . I’m still waiting to use the One Restroom out of the 2 they have and there is a line of the restroom. If they simply had both restrooms open several of us could wash and use the facility . Now I’m overhearing someone’s order getting messed up in the drive thru. He has been waiting with no one in line for 10 Minuts to simply be helped. This Taco Bell needs Managment help

  this place was extremely disrespectful and is not reflective of what a fast food company should strive to be. I pulled up to the drive thru and was met with a voice asking what i wanted, clearly not caring what I had to say. I distinctly stated that i would have liked a steak grilled cheese burrito, however this was received with taunts repeatedly mentioning veggie cheese burrito, despite my best attempts to correct them. As a result, i was ignored and received an order completely different than that of which I tried to receive. I am extremely frustrated with this mocking service and feel extremely disrespected both as a customer and as an individual.
