  I genuinely do not understand how this place is still in business. I was given an incorrectly made online pickup order and brought it back hoping for a refund or at least some sort of resolution, but was met with an extremely dismissive and unhelpful employee. He repeatedly walked away while I was trying to explain the issue and ultimately claimed he did “not know how to do a refund” after implying that I was asking for money out of his own personal finances. I was then told I could just “take off what I don’t like,” which completely defeats the purpose of paying to build my own sandwich in the first place. To make matters worse, the store phone number printed on the receipt is also out of service, making it impossible to contact anyone for help. Extremely disappointing customer service, but that doesn’t seem to be anything new with this location.

  It's the usual Subway experience in a convenient location, and actually open 24 hours. The downside is that you really do pay more for the privilege of going late - a footling, two bags of chips, drink, and cookies came out to about $50 here where it's about half that at the locations by Seattle Center.

  I got a footlong and asked for 2 sides of mayo since I didn’t get condiments on my sandwich. The employee working told me it is about $5 extra for another side of mayo. Is this for real??? If so, this is terrible!! I’d love for the owner to reach out in regards to this. Also, terrible customer service. The young guy working was extremely overwhelmed making 3 sandwiches for pick up.

  The roof is leaking on me…. 2 6inch subs for $11 but my friend spent $66 on less food. The guys helping us were nice but the prices make no sense and the food quality is poor

  The employee behind the counter told me the oven wad broken when it was heated to 213 degrees. When I pointed at the temperature they swiftly hit the power button and put their hand over the temperature. After calling them out they decided to make my sandwich and heat it in the oven that they just told me was broken.
