Tucked into the ever-cool Pike/Pine Corridor, our Capitol Hill scoop shop is inspired by the neighborhood’s high-design happenings, hip residents, and late-night splendor. A hub of Seattle’s LGBTQ community, the heartbeat of the '90s grunge scene, and home to some of the city’s best coffeehouses (and that’s saying a lot), Capitol Hill is one of our favorite parts of the city.
