Today. Exceptional customer service is a rare nowadays, but the lovely people working this morning absolutely nailed it. I only came in for garbage bags, but their energy was so infectious that I ended up staying to grab breakfast just to keep the good vibes going. It was a beautiful start to my day. There are three absolute rockstars who deserve a major shoutout: *Brent: The lovely cart/bag guy outside. Before I even crossed the threshold, Brent greeted me with the happiest energy, handed me a cart, dropped some fun facts on me, and made sure I knew he had my back if I needed anything. *Sari: As soon as I walked into her section, Sari treated me like we were old best friends. She was rocking some amazing Knicks championship gear and some seriously fun makeup, and her energy was just so bubbly and welcoming. *Kendra:Sari's manager, Kendra, was working hard right side-by-side with her. Not only is Kendra absolutely stunning and gorgeous, but she was also incredibly attentive. Even though she was busy, she took the time to acknowledge me, chat me up, and make me feel seen. Love a manager who leads by example while looking fabulous. I will 100% drive out of my way to come back to this location. Thank you all for the stellar service and the great conversation!
