There were multiple price tags displayed for the same item — one showed $7.99, while others showed $27.99. Because of the confusion, I asked the cashier (Merinda) to confirm the correct price. When she checked, she told me the price was $19.99 for the item marked $7.99, and that the $27.99 item was discounted to $14.99. This was confusing, so I politely asked for clarification on what price I would actually be paying. Unfortunately, the cashier responded in a very rude and rushed manner. While I was trying to understand, she made a comment about me being on my phone instead of clearly explaining the pricing. I felt disrespected, especially since I was simply asking a reasonable question as a customer. I then requested to speak with a manager, but she told me no manager was available and continued to rush me to complete the purchase. During this time, she also made comments to another customer about needing me to hurry. That customer then became verbally aggressive toward me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Another associate, Tara, approached me and told me to leave the store, even though I was trying to address the situation calmly. I felt that instead of resolving the issue, the staff sided with each other and dismissed my concerns. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive clear information, especially when pricing is inconsistent. Very unprofessional and disrespectful service.
