The food is fine, but they send marketing emails without consent, if you ever order online. It's very annoying, and I can't ever give a restaurant more than 1 star if they send me unsolicited marketing. And yes I unsubscribed and blocked, but I never signed up in the first place. I don't need every single takeout restaurant emailing me. I know it's not a big deal to block one restaurant but when they all do this stuff, it's just so annoying. What happened to the days when businesses wouldn't send you marketing unless you checked a box?
I bought a sandwich, I don't need you to email me weeks later telling me that you are selling sandwiches. We're not that close.
I've been to a lot of Pho shops and this one was nothing special. The restaurant was empty and the service was actually pretty slow just to get a pho sandwich. Then when it did arrive it was very very average, in fact on the smaller side with not a lot of meat in it. The atmosphere is nice but I would not say the sandwich was anything interesting, i've been to many many pho shops that charge less for the sandwich and we're much bigger portions of meat. They were also burning this strong incense that some people might like but it was very strong and I didn't really care for it while I was eating my food.
I would say the only positives are the location is nice, the inside of the restaurant is clean and the people are nice but again, on the slow side and small portions for the price.

Angry workers. Ruined the experience. I was in a great mood when I went in. Tried to chat with older woman behind the counter about the history of the building. She was not happy, but she seemed to delight in destroying my good mood. She did the same for other customers. I would avoid this place like the plague.
Really like their food! Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle always specialize on one thing, pho, or banh mi or vermicelli bow. This place has all and all of them are really good. It is a family run business and and place is exceptionally clean!

Ordered the banh mi. I'm not from Seattle, and as a Canadian I find it expensive, which made this sub doubly disappointing. Three of us ordered, and while this was recommended to us by a friend, I found it very underwhelming, ( we had chicken, and the beef) - fairly flavorless, a bit dry, not big on the toppings. The meat seemed a little processed. I won't be back. The front line staff was great though, lovely and cheerful.
