Pelmeni and salad were awful. The food was disgusting. I have had tons of pelmeni in my life, and this was the WORST ever. I took one bite and had to use a napkin as I couldn’t even swallow it.
The creamy cucumber salad looked several days old, my fiance tried it and regretted it too. We spent around $40 and left ALL food on the table.

I'll start with the fact that I'm Russian and I love dumplings or used to. Dumplings are hard to mess up. So hard that it's a meme dish and people who wanna make fun of helpless bachelors they say that they can only cook dumplings in this life. This place proved me wrong. We got traditional (which aren't in any way traditional as they offer potato ones as well, these are usually vareniki but whatever). The first serving we got had so much salt I assumed the cap went off and they accidentally poured the whole pack in. I love salt but I couldn't eat more than two. I asked for a replacement (probably second time in my life or so). The second serving made me understand that they were pre made and there is just vinegar instead of bouillon inside and there is still a bunch of salt. I could finish a 30%. Hours after I got an upset stomach, still feel like shit and can't even think about eating dumplings any time soon, I'm literally traumatized.

Used to come here and to the one that’s permanently closed now on 12th Ave often. Service is never great but the food usually made up for it. Not this time around. It had been awhile since I had came here since I moved south. I ordered what I usually would order beef dumpling classic. Waited 30 minutes for my food and 2 people who ordered AFTER me got theirs before mine. That wasn’t even the worst part of my last experience there. The dumplings are the ones you buy at any euro store locally frozen not handmade and that’s what really through me completely off. They used to actually care about the quality of the pel meni dumplings and it used to be nice coming here to get handmade ones but now that they are store bought frozen pre made pel meni dumplings they they’re just boiling and throwing sauce on I literally can do that at home. So disappointing. Never coming back
