- BBBrianApr 27, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience with Papa John's. My first order was completely wrong (I ordered bacon with mushrooms on one side, but received only bacon). When I called, staff were rude and hung up on me multiple times. I went to the store within an hour, and the employee—who said she was the general manager—looked at the pizza, threw it away, and dismissed me without offering a refund or remake. It took nearly two months of repeated visits and calls before I finally received a refund after speaking directly with a district manager. I gave them a second chance, but it was even worse. The pizza was undercooked, missing toppings, and not what I ordered. When I called, I was met with hostile and inappropriate language instead of any attempt to fix the issue. I also personally witnessed very concerning hygiene practices, including an employee touching their nose and then handling pizza toppings with bare hands, as well as going from taking out trash directly back to food prep without proper precautions. Due to these experiences, I have filed reports with the local health department and the Better Business Bureau. This location shows a serious lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic food safety. I would not recommend ordering from here.
