  I love papa johns. Whenever I come in this location it is the same employee working and he is always so nice and working hard. There is only one place to sit if you are waiting though.

  Had the absolute worst experience. The wrong order was delivered so I called to get it fixed and the lady on the phone said she’d fix it. 30 minutes later nothing had happened. So I tried calling again, ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes (I only have a pic at 16 minutes, darn). So I finally drove down there and there was only 1 person working. She had not fixed the issue and our order would have never been delivered if we hadn’t driven down. I picked up my order (now over an hour late) and when I asked for the delivery fee I paid to be refunded she “didn’t know how”. Very disappointing service. I’m not very mad at the lady, she seemed very stressed and was trying her best. I’m mad at Papa John’s Corporate for letting a store be open with only 1 employee. For understaffing their locations and not enabling thier employees to fix basic issues, like when the wrong order is delivered.

  On the evening of February 27 at 7:00 PM, the blonde employee working there was so disrespectful and rude. If he feels like it, he can start cursing at you. There is no company policy to stop him! If you have any self-respect, you will never buy anything from this branch or from the company that employs him!
