Best food anywhere. The roti is a must with any dish particularly curry dishes. Doubles never disappoint. Get chutney side to add that extra Trini touch. Great service and amazing food.

Randomly walked in on a Wednesday and was blown away by how welcoming the staff was. Very quickly they let us know that Wednesdays are an all you can eat buffet. The spread was amazing and included rice and peas, jerk chicken, greens, pork ribs, among others. Couldn't recommend more

My dietician, if I had one, would certainly be displeased with me after AYCE Wednesdays. The food is delicious. The buffet lets you try everything, I think it's the best way to experience Pam's Kitchen. The roti/paratha is certainly an underrated item, it is very airy, fluffy, and phenomenal. EDIT: The sorrel juice is a must. There is much pain in the world, but not here. Unless you use too much hot sauce, I guess.

Can’t believe my luck in finding this place! There aren’t many Trinidadian restaurants in North America in general, but it’s much harder to find a great one. Pam’s not only has great food, but it celebrates and shares Trini culture - it’s a whole experience. On top of that, Pam makes you feel so welcome and at home. I may be biased, but the veg dishes taste the most authentically/uniquely Trini vs general Caribbean. Make sure you stop by for doubles!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pam’s Kitchen absolutely exceeded expectations! My bestie and I finally made it out here and now we understand why he says this is THE spot for Trinidadian food — it truly feels like home the second you walk in. Huge shoutout to our waiter Kimani for the top-tier service and hospitality from start to finish. We felt so taken care of! We ordered the Chicken Curry Meal, Goat Curry Meal, Dalphurie Roti, Paratha Roti, and the Sorrel drinks… OMGGG. The sorrel was SO refreshing we had to take one to-go! Every single dish was packed with flavor. The goat and chicken were cooked perfectly, and both the Dalphurie and Paratha Roti were baked to perfection. And PLEASE don’t sleep on the hot sauce!! 😮‍💨🔥🔥🔥 We even got to meet Pam before leaving and she was so warm and welcoming. Everything about this place feels home-y, comforting, and made with love. We cleaned our plates CLEAN 😂 Already planning to come back for the live steel drum band performances on the 1st and last Saturdays of the month! Much love to Kimani and Pam for such an amazing experience. ❤️
