The food was absolutely amazing! We ordered takeout, and everything we tried was delicious and full of flavor. Pam was so warm, friendly, and welcoming when we picked up our order, which made the experience even more special. You can really feel the heart and care that goes into the food. We’re so glad we found this place and will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Best Caribbean Cuisine In Seattle! Pam's is one of the last standing Authentic Restaurants we have. Go out and support her food. The vibes are just as amazing as the food. Bring your family its a celebration!

Pam’s kitchen is such a great place. Tonight was our first time and we couldn’t believe we hadn’t eaten here before. Delicious, and friendly, Pam makes you feel like family. We had the palau with chicken, wrapped chicken roti, and curry lamb. Everything was full of flavor, perfectly tender, and in generous portions. It was so good that even when we were completely full and boxing up leftovers, the smells made us want more. Will come again!!!

I saw Pam’s Kitchen in Guy Fieri’s Food Show Drive In, Diners, and Dives ! I WAS SO EXCITED to learn of this SEATTLE GEM!!! I bugged my husband and he took me. Our server was so lovely, beautiful inside, and out. The staff was warm, kind, and the level of care of the food was to PERFECTION! I will be back! The parantha is AMAZING! I’m hooked! Grateful for such a BLESSED PLACE🥰

My boyfriend and I recently visited Pam’s Caribbean Kitchen and were beyond happy with not only the amazing food, but how incredibly kind and welcoming the staff were. They instantly made us feel so welcome, even though we were worried about showing up so close to closing. I’ve honestly never felt so welcomed in a restaurant before.. I can tell they truly love sharing their food and want customers to feel welcome. Now onto the food- I ordered the lamb curry and let me tell you, it was the best lamb dish I’ve ever had.. period!! My boyfriend got the jerk chicken meal and while it was definitely too spicy for him (lol) the flavor was amazing. The roti and plantains are also incredible. The only thing I’m sad about is that I live like 6 hours away and can’t eat here on a regular basis haha!
