Ive never had an issue with the food, however, don't post on here that delivery is running untill 3:30am and that you are open 24 hours and then reject my uber eats delivery order at 2am. Extremely disappointed to have to wait 3 to 7 business days for my money to come back to my account that took seconds to be deducted.

Come to this location and try to place an order at the drive thru using your app at night. What a disaster. The most convoluted process to place a “fast food” drive thru order I’ve ever experienced.

Today I went in. After ordering a large coke and a medium fries. I got a diet instead. Easy fix right? Well I go in, and there is two men in front of me one of them was missing items a fish sandwich and his coke was regular and not diet. So I tell the lady they probably accidentally switched the drinks and that I just needed to switch the drink to the correct one. I well she helps both the men they leave. I'm still standing there she's like what do you need? I explain again just the drink I been waiting for. She ask where the one I had went I said I'm not sure probably threw it away but I've been standing here the entire time and my kids are sitting right in front of us. You can tell I don't have it anymore but i also clearly haven't hide it either.. she then says she gave my husband one.... mind you I'm alone with my kids my fiancé is a work, I don't know the man that was in front of me and even if I did some how know each other we both had drinks that needed to be switched, drinks that she seen and acknowledged, and now I'm being accused of pulling a fast one. I explain to her over and over and finally she cuts me off and says fine we will remake it ... and has another associate assist me. I just grab my receipt and have her give me a refund instead this was a terribly unnecessary experience.

I just moved to the area, although I don’t eat McDonald everyday it’s convenient at times when in a rush.. my first time here a lady at the drive-thru was rushing us when I told her to give me a second she got an attitude so I decided to go inside and as I’m walking in I hear them talking in Spanish saying “they have to be black people” mind you I’m Hispanic so I asked for the manager and she apologized and gave me a free orange juice for the inconvenience. She said the lady in the driver-thru has been working there for 20 years and it’s hard to work with her because she always had some sort of attitude, I understand this area is not the best however not all customer should be treated poorly for the experience she has had working there. I went again this time I made sure I was ready to order and yet again I made sure for the people that my food it’s in the bag, getting home I was missing two ideas. It’s not that hard to make sure the order is complete it is not my job to check that I have everything I order and it’s a waste to drive back for two ideas. Not that I expect the best but the least is to check the order making people coming back it’s irritating for both.
