  There is no McDonald’s at this address anymore! I came to this location, spent a long time walking around and looking for it, but there is absolutely no McDonald’s there. The information is incorrect and the address is outdated. If I hadn’t happened to meet a security guard from the building who told me that McDonald’s was no longer located there, I would have continued looking and wasting my time. It is very disappointing that this information has not been updated and that the old address has not been removed from Google Maps. This is misleading people and causing them to waste their

  If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a $5.18 ice cream using the self-service kiosk. My card was charged immediately, but the kiosk failed to print a receipt. When I went to pick up my order, the employee refused to give me my ice cream because I didn’t have the receipt. I explained that the kiosk had not printed one and showed my bank transaction proving that my card had been charged just a few minutes earlier at this exact McDonald’s location. Instead of solving the problem, they called the supervisor. When the supervisor arrived, I showed them the exact same bank transaction, clearly proving that I had already paid only minutes earlier at that same branch. Even after seeing undeniable proof that my payment had gone through, the supervisor still did absolutely nothing to help or resolve the situation. They wasted about 20 minutes of my time over an ice cream that had already been paid for. In the end, I became so frustrated that I told them I no longer wanted the ice cream and left without receiving the item I had paid for. I paid for a product that I never received. The staff showed no professionalism, no problem-solving skills, and no respect for their customer’s time. This experience was completely unacceptable. I will be disputing this charge with my bank, and I will never return to this location. I do not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
