Our visit to McDonald's this afternoon was pretty, pretty average. Nothing was horrible, nothing was spectacular. Just what I expect from McDonald's. The one complaint I had, concerned the prices. I ordered 2 small fries and one 4 piece Mcnugget for my grandson and the cost was almost $10.00!!! (no drink-the milkshake machine was out of service) just some lukewarm fries and some random chicken parts shaped like 4 nuggets. As far as I'm concerned that's an absolutely ridiculous price! Well, I guess Seattle and Washington State have to replace the loss tax revenue, from businesses moving out of state, one way or another. "Let's stick it to Ronald and he can pass it on to his customers...

No se los recomiendo una persona asiática que toma órdenes en drive thru en las mañanas no quiso tomar mi código de la app dijo que si quería usar la aplicación tenía que entra al lobby, así que como le dije que eso no era verdad se molestó y me puso que quiso en mi orden llegando a la ventana no me quiso confirmar mi orden y me aventó mi tarjeta. Tampoco me quiso entregar mi recibo en general arruinó mi día y robó mi dinero

Food is good just like at any Franchised McDonald's. I came in to see if I can get one of those limited time offer Big Arch Burgers, and this location is one of the few locations still offering the Big Arch Burger!
The sit in dining area is clean and well maintained along with the bathrooms. Not crowded but still a good flow if customers coming in and out, so the noise level can get kind of high.
The service was lacking though. It felt like the store was under staffed. There was hardly anyone servicing the front counter and you had to order everything off the automated kiosk, but if you need help or need to use the restroom because it was locked you have to wait for an employee to come out of the back kitchen to get any service, which took awhile.
If they hired a dedicated employee that could staff the front register like the good old days this location would get high marks. But unfortunately everything is being automated and human to human interaction will be a thing of the pass.

The flaws are mostly food, just needs to be balanced. Put a certain amount of sauce to prevent dryness and also the slushies and Milkshake are supposed to be thick not thin put some love in it
