- DPDm PMay 8, 20261.0Hi, I’m a delivery driver and this was my first pickup at this McDonald’s location. When I arrived, I wanted to use the restroom before picking up the order. However, the employees told me that I had to confirm and pick up the order first, and only after that I would be allowed to use the restroom. I was honestly shocked by this attitude. I don’t understand why it mattered whether I confirmed the pickup before or after using the restroom, especially since I was already there to complete the delivery. As a driver, situations like this are uncomfortable and disrespectful. I also felt pressured because once the pickup is confirmed in the app, the responsibility for the order is fully on me, and there is always a concern that something could happen with the order afterward. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the manager and the employee toward me as a delivery driver. I did not feel treated with basic respect or professionalism. I would like this situation to be reviewed so that delivery drivers are treated more fairly and respectfully in the future.

The staff treated me disrespectfully and refused to let me use the restroom even though it was working and I was a paying customer. The employees were rude and unprofessional.
