Her way of speaking to customers, ignoring our needs, and overall attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome. She seated us at a table and looked at us several times, but never came over to take our order. Instead, she took orders from other tables that had arrived after us. I kindly went to the front to ask if she could take our order, explaining that we had been waiting for a while and that other customers who arrived after us had already been attended to. Her response was dismissive. She simply said, “Your order will take 30 minutes. What can I get for you?” When I expressed my disappointment again, she ignored it and repeated, “It will be 30 minutes. Do you want to order?” We will not be coming back or giving our business to this place again. Treating people with basic respect should be the minimum.
