  Honestly the best service I’ve ever had at a franchise sandwich shop. Bryant was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was taking a minute trying to decide what to order, and he went out of his way to recommend some of the most popular sandwiches and help me pick. Great energy, great atmosphere, and genuinely amazing customer service. Bryant made the whole experience so much better. Definitely coming back!

  Ordered a sandwich tonight, hunters club and got this. Roast Beef sandwich with no roast beef. Call and no one answers.

  Bryant and Treasure were phenomenal. We came in to pick up an order after my mother’s surgery and they were not only kind enough to make a last minute accommodation, but were extremely kind and ensured my mother had the best ability to feel better. Incredible service.

  I love going to jimmy jones to eat after work usually, but that specifically jimmy jones, the employers are very rude. All I did was order my food but the lady who was working there was looking for fight, I was very confused. Where did you bring those employers prison. I will never go back to that place again.
