  For the past few orders, our sandwiches have not been carefully made to order and the employees continue to disregard what has been customized and requested (as simple as adding the mayonnaise packets and napkins). The taste has been a hit or miss. We have only gotten 2-3 sandwiches that were prepared correctly and we've been ordering here for several years. I do see that they've hired new employees again since 1-2 years ago. But most of the time once again, the employee are not taking the time to carefully read and make customized orders. Extra means EXTRA!

  Shout out to the guy that closed out my order today 15 minutes before closing! I didn’t get his name, but he deserves a promotion/raise because his positive vibes and customer service are A1! Thank you
