    The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful, especially seeing us with our elderly parent/parent-in-law. Good sandwiches, like all the other franchise spots.

    First time here, homie was literally sitting on the counter where the till was with his back faced to the customers playing on his phone. Atmosphere felt unprofessional. Was awkward to ask him a question--he responded with his back facing me. *shrug*

    Khadija and Onay Jimmy John’s provided a positive dining experience overall. The food arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The bread was soft, the vegetables were crisp, and the sandwich ingredients tasted high quality. The portions were filling without feeling excessive, and everything was prepared the way we ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the staff worked efficiently to keep orders moving. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable. There was enough seating, and the restaurant felt organized even during busy periods. The employees were friendly, greeted customers politely, and answered questions without making anyone feel rushed. The music and overall environment created a relaxed place to eat and spend time with friends. After finishing our meal, we noticed we felt sluggish and low on energy. The large portion, combined with the bread and other ingredients, left us feeling full and tired for a while. It became harder to stay focused and active after eating. While the meal was satisfying and enjoyable, it also made us feel less energetic for the rest of the afternoon. Overall, Jimmy John’s offered fresh food, good customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The meal was enjoyable and met our expectations. The main drawback was feeling sluggish after eating, but the quality of the food and the positive dining environment still made it a good experience.
