  I kept giving this location a chance since it’s so close to my job. But these guys really blow, the employees have a horrible attitude and I’m not even worried about how long they take because I know they’re busy. I literally order the same exact thing everyday and they routinely don’t even give you the items that come on the sandwich, let alone the additions you pay for. I called and asked in a very civil manner if there was a better way to order to ensure I get what I paid for and I was basically told “too bad, somebody should’ve been paying attention”. No shit sherlock, I’ve only given one other place a one star review but yall crossed a line today, made me go into Karen mode lol. My advice, if you’re forced to eat here, make sure you order at the counter(loudly and slowly) instead of online.

  I come here often and every time my sandwich is perfect. I know some places can skimp on toppings but not here. I always order on the app and have never had any issues. Love this JJ location!

  Place an order online, order two 16" JJ Garganguans uncut shortly before closing. When I arrived approximately 5 minutes before closing I pick my order up. When I pick the bag up I noticed that I did not have two 16-in sandwiches, I had four approximately 8 in sandwiches. Told the gentleman that I didn't want these cut, he said oh sorry. There was a specific reason I do not want my sandwiches cut, I wanted them all to be the same sandwich. When I get home I noticed that it seemed like I got four 8-in sandwiches, not necessarily the same bread. Two of the four bread was very hard, the other two were so so. I can honestly say, this bread is more than 4 hours old. I did try to call the store, but of course no one picked up the phone. We tried to eat one of the sandwiches, it was not good. Bread was not fresh and did not sit well. Definitely will not be able to stomach the other sandwich, so it still sits in the fridge.... Waste of money 😔
