  Came in an hour before close and the employee was angry that customers were there. He was swearing under his breath and then made all our sandwiches wrong. If you want to close at 6, close at 6. Don’t stay open until 7 and act angry that people want food at 6

  I love JJs as much as the next person but wow it has been unbearably hot in here recently. I truly feel bad for the folks working here :/

  Bad service and follow up. Ordered lunch on July 3rd at 1:40pm. My order was processed and placed with a ride share driver at 2:10pm. Food never showed I work 8 blocks away on street level retail art gallery by myself so if I leave to get lunch I need to lock up. Called the store they did nothing, nada. No offer to remake my order and deliver it no apology no nothing no refund but they did charge my debit card and it still remains there today four days later.

  What are advertising a sale on TV but nobody's honoring it so there's no use to have it on TV right make sense to me?
