  I went 2 days in a row while on my 3 day vacation here. Food was ready in 10 minutes or less. Breakfast time in Seattle is always so busy, this is Your best option for good food and sitting areas with a beautiful view.

  If you find yourself at the north end of Pike Place Market and you haven't stopped into Honest Biscuits, you are missing out. We came for brunch and left completely stuffed and thoroughly impressed. Between the two of us we had the fried chicken sandwich, a biscuit with jam, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Every single one was amazing, generous in size, and exactly the kind of comfort food that makes a morning memorable. I also had the Mexican hot chocolate mocha, which had a wonderful warmth to it with just the right amount of kick. Highly recommend. What sets Honest Biscuits apart for those with gluten allergies is how seriously they take it. When my wife asked about gluten free options, the person taking her order didn't hesitate. They walked her through the entire process: gluten free biscuits are made first, before anything else, on sanitized equipment, stored separately, and prepared with dedicated utensils, toppings, and surfaces. That's not a casual afterthought. That's a kitchen that has thought this through and trained their staff to communicate it clearly and confidently. For anyone with gluten sensitivities or allergies, finding a place that gets it right AND serves food this good is a genuine treat. Honest Biscuits earns both the trust and the repeat visit.

  I've had vegan biscuits from a number of places, but the ones here are probably the best I've had. I got mine with vegan butter and blackberry jam and it was awesome, large and filling. My partner got a butterhole biscuit with strawberry jam and also loved it. There are a few tables outside as well as indoor seating, and a bathroom at a conjoined business.

  Oh my gosh was this place amazing. I have celiac disease and their biscuits are so fluffy and don’t fall apart and taste so good. I got the GF butterhole with their local jam and it was AMAZING I wish I got two. I also got their GF fried chicken, DELICIOUS. If I’m ever back in Seattle I am totally coming back. Also the staff was attentive, direct, and lovely to converse with.

  I'm not really a biscuit person, so I grudgingly met friends for breakfast here….. And I'm a convert! I had the GF fried chicken sandwich and ate EVERY bite! It was so delicious and did not fill me up to the point of discomfort, which is why I often shy away from biscuits. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much and I will be back soon.
