  We came here to watch a football match, and it turned out to be a great choice. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially if you’re a sports fan. There are plenty of TVs throughout the venue, making it easy to follow the game from almost anywhere, and the crowd really adds to the experience. The place is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside, with lots of seating and a spacious layout. They also have a large outdoor patio, which is perfect if you prefer sitting outside on a nice day. The menu offers a wide variety of food, from burgers and appetizers to other pub classics, and there’s also a great selection of beers and other drinks. Everything we ordered was tasty and arrived quickly. Despite the restaurant being very busy during the match, the servers were attentive, friendly, and kept checking on everyone without making us wait too long. That’s something I really appreciated considering how packed the place was. Overall, we had a fantastic time. If you’re looking for a lively sports bar with good food, plenty of drink options, and a great atmosphere for watching football or other live games, I’d definitely recommend Hatback Bar & Grille.

  Made a reservation on line for pre game lunch and drinks, host would not accept as was game day. I understood but wife and friends not happy waiting 30 minutes. Everyone liked food and server was great. Coming back again for game in about a month and may bring other friends back. Onion rings rocked.

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. One of the hostesses completely ignored us while greeting and helping other guests. Things only got better when Zack, the bartender, took care of us. He was the only employee who treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Thank you, Zack, for making at least part of our visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff made us feel like we didn’t belong. To make matters worse, one of the servers implied that my husband was trying to steal a salt shaker. We had spent over $500, not including the tip, and being treated with that level of suspicion was humiliating and offensive. As Latinos, we couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently because of our ethnicity. No customer should ever leave a restaurant feeling judged or profiled instead of welcomed. We won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and ensures that every guest is treated with the same respect, regardless of their background.

  One of the most spectacular dishes I’ve ever eaten. The Brick Chicken was moist, cooked perfectly and the sauce was dynamite! The broccolini and potatoes would win best supporting actress and actor in a thriller of a meal! Kayla (my server), was the most sweet and welcoming hostess! She made me laugh and made sure I was happy with everything. I hadn’t planned to eat here even though it was in the lobby of my hotel (Grayson). But, after being a bit tired from traveling, I snuck downstairs after my clerk for the hotel highly recommended the Brick Chicken. Wow! What a beautiful way to cap off the day. Thank you so much Kayla and the chefs. I truly loved the experience from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful!
