I forgot to take a picture of the food, but the Korma with goat meat and Chicken Changezi were both excellent! The goat meat was incredibly tender, and the curry was thick, rich, and delicious. Definitely coming back for more! 👍🍛

Seattle’s dining scene has no shortage of bold concepts, but this modern Indian fusion spot on 2nd Ave sets a whole new standard. The kitchen hits that rare, perfect balance—respecting authentic, deeply layered spices while effortlessly elevating them with modern techniques and refined presentation. Every element impresses, from the rich, complex sauces and perfectly charred naan to the inventive, spice-infused craft cocktails. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is as warm and polished as the food coming off the line. It is a absolute masterclass in flavor and execution, making it a must-visit for anyone who truly appreciates great cooking.

We had a couple of paneer dishes (the tikka masala and the fried rice) along with the some mango lassis and samosas. Everything was great. The naan was perfect. The flavors of the sauces were so good. I definitely ate too much but definitely did not regret it. Would highly recommend.

The food quality was extremely disappointing. We ordered three dishes, and out of those, only the chicken wings were decent. The other two dishes were not even worth eating. We took a few bites and ended up throwing most of the food away. Since we had already paid for it, we felt we had to at least try it, but it was a complete waste. As an Indian chef myself, I understand what good food should taste like. That’s why this experience was especially disappointing for me. I😔
We visited Fusion Bistro Indian Cuisine for lunch and ordered Palak Paneer, Butter Chicken, Bullet Naan, Manchurian, and Pani Puri. The food arrived very quickly, and the service was efficient. The restaurant was quiet, with only one other table occupied.
Overall, the food was good, though nothing exceptional. The server didn’t ask for our preferred spice level, so everything was quite mild. In hindsight, choosing medium spice probably would have brought out the flavors more and may have earned a higher rating from me.
The presentation, however, was excellent—definitely 5/5. The restaurant itself was also pleasant and nicely maintained. Overall, a good lunch experience with room for improvement in flavor and spice-level customization.
