Overall, the food was decent but the service was lacking in attention. It took the food about 45 mins to get to us and we had to keep asking for water. The server was not attentive at all and had a bit of an attitude until he brought the bill. He never checked on us in the 45 minutes we waited for our food. There was another server who brought our food. They forgot the shrimp for surf and turf and the Brussels sprouts were burnt. Having said that, the crab legs and artichoke salmon was pretty good.

A huge thank you to Chase for making our dinner such a great experience! He was incredibly friendly, personable, and had us laughing the entire meal. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that kind of attitude makes all the difference. We were visiting from Boston, and Chase made us feel so welcome. Great food is important, but outstanding service is what makes a meal memorable, and he absolutely delivered. Thank you, Chase, for making our Seattle visit even more special. We won’t forget it!

Institutional food. Everything was as if it was designed for batch cooking. It was not bad. Nor was it good. Landry? Not even pappadeux. Certainly no chef has paced the kitchen here. Much worse is the filthiness of the bathrooms, men and women. Water is everywhere on the counter and the floor. I mentioned it to the manager at the beginning of our meal. No change at the end. A good manager would have had someone, anyone wipe it up (literally 30 seconds to do it). Tourist-centric. If you like food, enjoy food and/or cook, find a better place.

I visited the other night and had an excellent meal. Starting with service, the hostess was extremely friendly and very personable. Honestly she was a highlight of the service. My server, Thomas was professional, kind and personable but the hostess was something extra haha. Genuinely good experience with service here. They had a great selection of wines and liquors and their cocktails were all very good. The seating itself is also nice being able to look out into the water. There was a world cup special with a steak and half crab which I got, as well as an old fashioned and a creme brulee. The steak as cooked to temp and the whole meal was cooked well and tasted good. The dessert was probably my favorite part. All told, its probably a bit more expensive than it is worth, but still an excelent experience.

***ETA: Originally this was 2 stars, however the generic reply that shows they didn't even read what I wrote (clearly we didn't have a meal), and demonstrates how much they truly care about customers which is very disappointing.*** We made a reservation about 2 weeks ago for Father's Day at 8pm. Nowhere while making the reservation were we notified about a special menu or anything. Once we arrived we were deeply disappointed to find a $65 per person pre-fixe menu for Father's Day when all my partner really wanted was a view and a steak with me and his 16 year old vegetarian. We unfortunately had to pass as this was an unhappy surprise, and had to scramble to find elsewhere to eat at 8pm on a Sunday. We've been to Cutter's many times before, and the food is delicious. Perhaps if there is a way to alert guests who make reservations on special days about pre-fixe menus, etc. Thank you.
