Cutters Crabhouse seafood restaurant, WHERE FRESH SEAFOOD COMES ASHORE ®, is located in downtown Seattle near the historic Pike Place Market. We have a quarter-century long tradition of serving the freshest Northwest seafood including crab, salmon, clams, shrimp, halibut and more. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Elliott Bay waterfront while dining on the "perfect taste" of Seattle.
If you’re looking for a spot to step out of the hustle and bustle of downtown this is the place to do it. We had two tired toddlers and were ready to have a nice meal and recoup from a day on the town. Cutters didn’t disappoint. My husband and I both had the open faced crab sandwich and it was incredible. Our girls had the fish and chips (which they made sure was sent out promptly) our server could tell they were hungry. That was also delicious. I made sure to taste test. Looking back on our trip I’m so grateful we stopped in for lunch because it was truly the best meal we had and the best service. So if you’re in Seattle and looking for a great meal to recharge and relax, go to Cutters. Ask for Chase, grab a window seat, an opened faced crab sandwich and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. (If your of age) ;)

We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Greg. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask, making sure our drinks were always filled and that everything at the table was perfect.
What really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism. Greg made us feel like valued guests, took the time to check in on us throughout the meal, and added a personal touch that made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.
It's rare to come across service this exceptional. Greg went above and beyond in every way and truly made our visit memorable. If every restaurant had a waiter like Greg, dining out would be an even better experience. Thank you, Greg, for the amazing service. We can't wait to come back!
Highly recommend asking for Greg if you get the chance! 🌟👏🍽️

We had a wonderful lunch at Cutters Crabhouse! We were hosting an out-of-town guest, and the entire experience made for a really enjoyable afternoon in Seattle.
A special thank you to our server, Ethan, who was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly throughout our meal. He made us feel well taken care of without ever being intrusive and really added to the experience.
Great food, great service, and a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be happy to come back!

I wanted this restaurant to be better than it was. Unfortunately, it was rushed, the fish was over complicated, and the drink was too sweet and not very strong. I tried the clam chowder, and it was dryer than others I’ve had on this trip. It tasted okay, but just wasn’t hot enough or filled with enough clams.
I asked about what fish was freshest tonight and my bartender told me the Chilean sea bass. The entree I got was over complicated. The fish was decent, flaky, buttery, full of flavor. The additional items with it were too much. It was placed on a shrimp cake, not sure why that was selected, it was way too much. It also had a combination of sauces that were confusing and didn’t complement the fish. The cucumber ribbon and mushrooms were just strange. I think some steamed vegetables or potato or rice would have done better to pair with the fish.
The drink was at least served correctly with one single ice sure. But it was way too sweet.
The entire service was strange - I know I was there towards closing, but was told the bar was still open for drinks and food. So I took a seat there. But the continued conversation with the bartenders about how they were now going to have to stay later due to the additional orders coming in and how they still had a lot to stock and clean. Then my bartender disappeared after he gave me the check and I had to wait until the other bartender finally checked me out.
So as I said - it’s a great location - I was hoping for much better quality food and service and I left disappointed. 3 stars would be the highest I could rate based on my personal experience.
