  The reviews definitely are accurate. The smallest portion sizes of any chipotle. Food was fine but not worth paying any amount of money. They also had no beans. Like it looked like they dont ever have beans. What even is that?

  The girl with purple hair ends is so rude to her coworkers. I witnessed her borderline throw a bowl in front of another employee and talk to him in a very rude tone and roll her eyes at him. He was so sweet and we felt so bad for him. I wanted to write this review because her toxicity towards coworkers needs to change ASAP. I’ve never seen anything like that before, especially right in front of customers.

  If you need picture perfect evidence of the decline of chipotle look no further than this chipotle location. In Seattle, the minimum wage means that these individuals are making over $40,000 and they can’t be troubled to do even the simplest customer service task. Take for example, thepick up window. Weather it’s noon 5 PM 9 PM or just anytime, ring the bell and they never come. You go inside a there’s a large line they address with zero urgency and even loss competence. When they do deign to pay attention to you, they don’t know where your order is and they’re indignant that you’re asking for it. It is absolutely ridiculous. They have been gifted an inflated wage way above what they deserve to earn based on their skillset and you would at least hope that they would show a little appreciation, but they do the exact opposite and take it for granted. Don’t visit this chipotle, don’t patronize this chipotle. Don’t allow this to continue.

  Really lowers the bar for Chipotle. The staff made me feel like my presence was a great inconvenience while halfheartedly scooping up what little remained of their fillings - mind you during peak dinner time hours when they should be most prepared. I’ve loved chipotle for years and this was not the experience I’ve come to expect. I will not be going back.

  Came just before 5 on a Saturday and they were out of honey chicken, steak, fajita veggies, queso, cilantro sauce, half the cheese was covered in guac, and they had more people working than I’ve ever seen. Do not come here with expectations lol Updating my review to add the food was actually gross, dry and overcooked. Even the black beans tasted bad somehow??
