  Worst chipotle in the city. Seriously maybe one of the worst I have ever had. Please read the reviews before going here and make the drive to another one. This was terrible.

  The walk up window is the best thing to ever happen. My food is always ready on time and the employees are always quick to get it out to me. I will always love you chipotle.

  I should’ve read the reviews before going here. This was hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It was 8pm, so not that late, but there were only 3 people working and nobody was working as a team. There were only two people ahead of me in line, yet somehow it took 30 minutes in line to start my order for a bowl. I saw there was no steak, and I said “dang, a 30 minute wait and there’s no steak.” The worker literally rolled her eyes at me! And then she gave me attitude about every subsequent item I wanted in the bowl. These workers have zero concern for the customer experience. Although this location is the closest to where I live, I will gladly drive an extra 10-20 minutes out of my way just to not have to deal with this Chipotle again.

  Horrible service, rude staff, and only half of the ingredients available. There were 6 staff members and over half of the menu missing and the kitchen is clearly closing and cleaning for the night while their is a line out the door and 3 hours of open hours remaining. If you order Doordash they will just give you what they have, sour cream and brown rice. If you are a vegetarian, enjoy the guac with rice I suppose. Would rate 0 if possible.

  The food quality really needs to be consistent; I visited Chipotle twice in a row this week—one time it was the most delicious meal I’ve ever had there, but right now I’m eating a burrito that is incredibly disappointing. The meat and chicken lack salt, and the cheese is separated; not to mention, the person who made my burrito was working with the combined lethargy of three sloths. In my humble opinion, they should train the staff better so they maintain flavor consistency and a good work attitude. I say this from my own perspective as a cook, because I know people come back when the food is consistent and always tastes delicious.
