  I have never encountered a restaurant that operates with such a consistent lack of organization and accountability. Communication, especially with their catering team, seems either nonexistent or severely dysfunctional, leading to repeated misunderstandings and unmet expectations. On top of that, they are routinely late, with delays that appear to be the norm rather than the exception.

  I came here for lunch and decided to order in person instead of mobile ordering because the last time I did a mobile order my bowl had so little food in it, it was pathetic. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I felt like I was entered into a race I did not consent to. The workers were rushing me to make decisions and when I did not respond in 1 second to which salsa I wanted, the worker repeated themselves again with agitation. While I appreciate quick service, I felt like I was being rushed and they did not want me there. At the register I needed to scan a reward coupon and a gift card via the chiptole app. Once again the worker rushed me and got increasingly agitated as they had to cancel the credit card transaction to accomdate my app. They also became irritated with me as they thought I was not following their directions. As I was walking back to my work building, the bowl was so sloppy and wet, and the lid was not attatched properly to the bowl, so my bag split from the moisture and my food dropped on the ground. Additionally, the bowl foil lid was covered in food from the dirty line and worker's gloves. The condiment bar had no forks and was dirty and messy. I used to be a food service worker, and I get it, it is tough, especially when busy to keep up on stock, but not keeping up on cleanliness and rushing customers is no way to operate a business. While this location is conveienent for me, I will not be returning as each experience has just been bad.

  I had a great experience here. I ordered a burrito with extra meat and it was expertly wrapped! They need to fix their soda machine, though.
