  I eat chipotle pretty much every day. I come to this location occasionally, but pre-covid I was here every day. I usually eat at a Bellevue location these days. Every time I stop by this location the rice is clumped, there's WAY too much lime juice and salt in it (double normal), and the chicken is always dry and not juicy at all. It's such a stark contrast with how it's supposed to taste, clearly something is wrong at this location. And it's been getting worse for years.

  Ate here for the first time yesterday and got a veggie bowl. Immediately after eating it my digestion was not happy. While I didn't get food poisoning symptoms.. my stomach is very upset and I dont feel well. I usually dont eat fast food so I am a little more sensitive but clearly the ingredients are not quality. I wont be back what a bummer. The woman working at the counter was great though!

  I had a really bad experience after eating at Chipotle. About 6–7 hours after my meal, I became violently ill and was vomiting throughout the night. I had no prior symptoms before eating there, so this was extremely concerning. I understand things can happen, but food safety should always be a top priority. This experience was serious enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and reviews their food handling practices.

  The food is still good and relatively affordable. The staff does there best to be quick and helpful.

  The workers were very rude. We ordered in person at 5:40 and they said they were out of brown rice and couldn’t give us any. However there that brown rice on the counter behind him. As a diabetic this was difficult as I rely on chipotle to have the food I can eat when I go there. The other employee interrupted us several times and then rolled her eyes when we asked for a receipt. This is not the quality service I usually have from a chipotle. I don’t pay $11 for crusty bottom of the container rice and a half filled bowl.
