- ACAdrian ChristophAug 24, 20262.0From what I’m seeing in the reviews, cleanliness is a problem. I went in yesterday, food and trash scattered. Employee hand book and daily log left unaccompanied on the table in the lobby/dining area for all too see- with employees full name and everything. By the time we got our food, the underside of our plates had smashed food on the underside, oil and juices. Watching the workers build someone else’s bowl, and the guy had meat flying off the bowl out and everywhere. Didn’t clean we go, just let it be on the counter, or even gets knocked to the floor which then creates a potential slip hazzard. We’ve seen the store like this the last time we were in months ago, unfortunately nothing has changed.

The tables are not wiped down. There is dirt and bits of food all over the floor as it looks like they haven't swept all day. On one of the tables is obviously the manager's books with an employee meal half finished. Outside the tables are also a mess and teetering on collapse. Does this chain have standards? I won't come to this branch again and counting myself lucky for not getting sick. Update (Aug 11,2026): I see below that the owner responded. I very much dislike these generic responses that ask me to take it off line to address my concerns (in fact I already did before this response). If you truly want to make a difference visit your site often. Addressing my "needs" won't fix the inherent things wrong that I and other reviewers mention (over months of feedback).
