- CDCynthia DiazJun 18, 20264.0Food was good and staff was friendly. The staff was super busy so the tables were not cleaned. We ate there for a 40 minutes and still no one came to clean the tables. Parking was hard to find, so if you are looking for a Chipotle that you can get in and out quickly, this is not the one, unless you illegally park.

Unfortunately, there was no way to come back because the restaurant closed at 10:00 PM. If you are out of rice, please stop accepting orders. I have never seen anything like this before — just a tiny spoonful of rice spread across the bottom of the bowl to make it look like there was more. One of the bowls didn’t even have black beans. Overall, it looked like we were given whatever leftovers were left before closing. We paid full price and expected a proper meal, not scraps. I do not recommend ordering online, especially close to closing time. Very disappointing experience.

As I got home & opened my bag I noticed a strong (yummy) but heavy odor that I come to find out was from the barbacoa burrito they have placed in my bag. I hate to be that vegetarian but when I specifically make a choice to not consume meat & that is the meal which then just get tossed! Talk about a waist! Long story short, customer service did not even connect me to the location & not only that, the only solution was "refund" which I am thankful for but what about my time/effort/annoyance?! He said, don't worry a & 30 day free fountain drink will cover ya! Needless to say, I am disappointed in their lack of effort to remake my order? Maybe offer to deliver it?

The meat in my tacos had a lot fatty parts I had to pick out but the flavor was decent. Given the condition of this place, definitely have to wonder about the food handling quality.
