  The Mexican Supervisor is intimidating and unprofessional. Does not make the customer feel welcomed, attitude, and doesnt feel he has to honor the correct portion of food the customer wants.

  This Chipotle was the first restaurant in my life that has prompted me to write a bad review. The employees refilled three ingredients by pouring newly-prepared ingredient on top of the old ingredient in the old container. FIFO is clearly not a thing here. The drink cooler had brown tomato pieces scattered inside; had obviously not been cleaned in a while. The section of the counter near the queso and meats was covered in dried pieces of cheese. If it had been busy in the restaurant I would understand the mess, but I was one of 6 customers in the store. And I am not exaggerating: the employee preparing our food did not say a single word to me, except for when I asked him what an ingredient was and he mumbled something too quietly for me to understand. When my boyfriend and I walked in, he (the employee) was standing behind the counter looking down at his hands, and it took us a moment to realize he just was waiting for us to start ordering. I do not have high standards for a Chipotle whatsoever, but I would expect employees to follow food safety standards and talk to customers.

  I wish they have had spoons in stock and if they could have names of all food items properly at the counter so that person can easily request for those.

  My first and it didn't disappoint. Staff were kind and served fast.paid $34 for 2 burrito and a drink. I should say the portions were big.
