I wasn’t even full after finishing eating..I never felt like I was still not full after finishing a chipotle bowl but I guess there’s a first time for everything..

This behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming, and it should not be tolerated at any establishment. On a separate visit, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location. I came in and politely asked them to help make it right. Instead of accommodating me, I was told I had to cancel the other order myself and re-place it here, which I did. That process alone took over 25 minutes, and since I had to get to work, I let the staff know I wouldn’t be able to come pick it up for 2 hours. When I returned two hours later, the order had not even been made. I asked for a refund since I was unable to waiter after they failed to make my order for 2 hours. I was told that wasn’t possible. Instead, I had to stand there and wait for them to prepare the food from scratch, meaning I waited well over two hours total for a simple Chipotle order. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to issue a reasonable refund were extremely frustrating. I won’t be returning to any chipotle locations ever again.
