- JVJacklyn Vasquez5 days ago5.0I intentionally drove from westlake to this location because every time all of your staff members are kind, go out of their way to make the experience ideal (healthy portions, explaining the menu changes well, and always happy to help with any request). I talked to Norma and she was very kind and was doing a good job keeping the area clean and comfortable. Thanks everyone! I actually ate in the restaurant, which I rarely do! Glad I did.

Couldn't even just give me a free drink despite me obviously having the coupon and it expiring in a few days. Food is mid at best. Inconsistent seasoning throughout the seasons. Cheaps out on protein but what's new.

Last time, they somehow closed out my ticket without having made my meal. The quality of food is also decreased compared to other Chipotles in the area. Stay away!
- HDHui DingJul 23, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, and unfortunately the quality has been declining little by little. Today was the final straw. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and the food quality was unacceptable. The rice was extremely hard and tasted like it had been sitting overnight. The portion size has also gotten smaller over time, and this bowl had barely any chicken. On top of that, the ingredients didn’t seem fresh at all. I’ve accepted small declines in the past because I used to enjoy this location, but today’s experience crossed the line. Charging the same prices while serving stale rice, tiny portions, and low-quality ingredients is simply not acceptable. I hope management takes food quality and consistency seriously. Until then, I won’t be coming back.
