- KMKristen McKenzieSep 12, 20264.0I have been shopping here for years and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful and they always seem to have what I need in stock, BUT do not use the restrooms! I dont think they have been cleaned for months. I would give 5 stars, but I cant because the restrooms are just gross and it it always like that unfortunately.
- LCLauren and ChristianAug 12, 20265.0This is specifically about the deli/bakery catering. Perfect. Wonderful. The website could be clearer, more pictures, measurements, counts but all the pieces within control of the store with admirably executed.
- NKNilesh KulkarniJul 25, 20261.0Very rude customer service as well as store manager, no help to find or locate things. Recommend the TJ nearby for much better service.
- LLLisa LJul 22, 20265.0***Update: I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Safeway actually listened to my concerns and followed up. Thank you! I just hope the cashiers will act more friendly and have more positive attitudes. I will give this store another chance*** Oh man, every time I come to this Safeway store in Sammamish, they have a lot of unhappy and disgruntled workers there. This is the second time I bought sourdough bread with no sourdough in it. Whoever works in the bakery dept fudged it up. Some cashiers are friendly but most are not . No smiles, no thank you . Just glares and resentment. I am afraid to step into this supermarket again. Also the Safeway app sucks! Whenever I used clipped deals, it doesn’t register and so many times I was overcharged!!! When I tried to talk to the cashier, they don’t care! Always watch your receipts! They do overcharge and not honor the app deals.
- SBSteffen BrownJul 13, 20263.0Oops sorry guys. Got the wrong location last time. THIS WAS THE LOCATION THAT HAD SOME... SOUNDS coming out of it, emphesis on the you know what. Someone should check this out
