Clean location, well lit, accessible Food is made to order and is very well made. Balanced proportions, even generous at times. Clean clear broths. Clean cutlery. Staff are kind and helpful. Clear communication. The only nitpick I have is that the walls need to have a good scrub and some touchup work done by a contractor. Prices are variable, a little higher than some Vietnamese restaurants, however, for the quality of food and amount you get it's well work the upper mid price point. We will be back often😋

We ordered a soup and a noodle salad which was prepared quickly and was delicious. I would recommend for Vietnamese food.
