- BHBrian Hayes6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service experience on pickup. Super rude associate. Messaged the franchise(owner) to let them know about the experience, but never heard back. There are tons of other pizza places close by. Will definitely not come back.
- PNPiya NagpalJun 19, 20261.0I have been ordering from Papa John’s for 12 years and just had the WORST expedience with extremely rude service staff and someone who claimed to be the General Manager. My order was running very late and when I called to ask them why they blamed the DoorDash delivery person even though I placed the order directly with them for delivery. They said that the DoorDash person was late in picking up the order. When the order did not arrive at their new estimated time I called back and was told by the person that it wasn’t his problem and it was DoorDash and my problem. He was saying all this while laughing at me and pretending he could not understand me. Then he put me onto the supervisor who told me that because I had not put a tip on the order I should expect the order to be late. While paying online I had specifically told the person that I had cash that would use to tip the delivery person. When I challenged that and asked what Papa John’s policy was for late orders he tells me that’s not really our problem and that I could speak to his supervisor but that his supervisor was not available so I could try my luck later. At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked again what Papa John’s policy was and he said Oh I see you’re looking for free Pizza and then he yelled at me at hung up on me. I am dismayed by this and need the owner of this location / PapaJohns to respond to me and address this. This is absolutely Horrible
