  I was told that they "cant serve motorcycles in the drive thru, but you can go inside". Payment machines dont work. Receipt printer doesnt work. When i got my food they forgot items, and then my burger is raw?!. Actually crazy that so many things were wrong when there is 3 people eating at this place its not even busy.

  Horrible experience. Ordered a medium fri. Had only a handful of fries in the container. Also ordered two small cones, so melty when they handed them to me the ice cream fell off the cone onto the seat of my car.

  If you enjoy ordering online for table service forget it. They will bark your table number from behind the counter and leave a Togo order to get cold until you go hunting for it. On the plus side, you won’t find a clean table anywhere and get to wipe down an area to eat.

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations in this area. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered two Egg McMuffins with no bacon, but they gave me both with bacon. I went back after about 10 minutes to request a replacement. The cashier told me to go directly to the pickup counter, but when I went there, the staff member was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful way. Sure, she does not deserve any respect in return for her attitude and level of service. I ended up leaving without getting my replacement. I will open a chargeback with the card company. Very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes customer service more seriously.

  i ordered fry’s mustard and 2 RANCH wraps. one was ranch the OTHER was spicy. not to mention the MUSTARD WAS PURPLE. i don’t know what type of establishment this is, but i will NOT be coming back!
