  THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Was just told they won’t take orders. Not a wait time, just we can order online if we want to. Everytime my kids want to go here I say it’s the last time. That is actually the last time 😂

  Got a sandwich st 11:30 and the bread was stale. How would that be possible unless they were using day old bread? Smh

  Always a master class of sandwich heaven. We eat here at least 4 times a month and they never disappoint.

  High praise for the store manager, Kara and her team! I love this location. My order has always been done swiftly and correctly. I order in person or over the phone once a week. I look forward to interacting with the staff at the Sammamish Jimmy John's every time I go in. I also benefit from being in their delivery zone and all the delivery drivers are super friendly, respectful and fast. I have seen some customers being unkind to the employees and they always handle the situation well and with grace. I have even seen other customers speak up and backup the JJs team in these situations. The manager Kara has built a cohesive team that works well together and seems like they genuinely enjoy going to work which means customers, like me leave the store feeling good and wanting to come back. I wish the Sammamish customer base was reliable enough to provide consistent business so this store could have longer opening hours.
