Went in today and it was delicious! met the owner and she was very sweet and the other staff were super kind! they have a nice variety of savory and sweet options! I would love if they added a caprese savory crepe! (tomato, basil, mozzarella and balsamic) the ambiance inside was super nice as well the decorations were super cute!
Been in a few times now since opening.. you would think by now the owner would know what to do. Last time I was in, she seemed very overwhelmed and took a long time to make my order. 1 crepe and a drink.. the other times she has shown to be nice but this time it was just not it. It wasn’t busy so that couldn’t have been the case? Food is good sometimes but other times it doesn’t taste very fresh.
Eight Turn Crepe is such a wonderful addition to Sammamish! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. There are so many great options, and everything I’ve tried has been amazing.
I’m so grateful to have another unique restaurant right here in our community. If you haven’t checked out Eight Turn Crepe yet, definitely stop by and give them a try. It’s always exciting to welcome and support new local businesses in Sammamish, especially when the food is this good

Don’t even think about coming here. I feel awful writing such a negative review, but I truly just need to warn people so that they don’t waste their time or money. First, the total for 2 crepes and a smoothie was $45 before any tips. Second, our order took at least 30 minutes to come out (which apparently is faster than the other reviews I’ve read. Some people wait 1-2 hours). When our order came out, it was already somehow cold. And the worst part of it all is that halfway through my bacon, egg, and cheese crepe, I bit into a big egg shell. I had to spit out everything in my mouth and throw the rest of the crepe away after that. I wish I would have thought to read the reviews before going. Now it makes sense why they were so empty on a Saturday.
We visited this place on Sunday evening to try their crepes. The crepe batter reminded us of Japanese-style crepes, and the generous amount of fresh fruit on top was wonderful.
The portion size was quite large, though, so we ended up not being able to eat anything else that day. It would be easier to visit more often if they offered a slightly smaller size at a lower price.
If possible, we would love to see locations in Bothell, Kirkland, or Lynnwood—it would make it much more convenient for us. The service was quick, and the crepes were truly delicious, so we definitely want to support this shop.
